2. Ship your PS5 to our repair center (we'll send the address after checkout)

3. Fill out the 'Mail-In Repair Form'  You will receive a Repair Request number. This will allow notifications about your repair. (Recommended but not required) 
   
4. We repair your HDMI or USB port within 24–48 hours of receiving it (depending on the workload at the time.)
   

5. Your return shipping is pre-paid with this service. When your repair is complete, your device will be returned to the address you provide with your purchase. 

6. Your repair includes a 90-day warranty
