- Purchase this listing and we will message you our repair center mailing address.
- Package your motherboard in an ESD Bag or a Paper Bag and bubble wrap for protection.
- Please Include your Name and Address and a simple note stating the issue with your motherboard
- When we receive your motherboard, we will process your repair within 24-48hrs and keep your posted throughout the process.
- When your repair process is complete, we will return your motherboard to you.
- 90 Day Warranty Included
The cost of this listing is our repair fee plus shipping back to you.
Repair Fee covers all parts and labor for this specific repair.
Your only other cost is shipping the motherboard to us.

Please make sure to remove or cover the liquid metal before sending your board.
We mention this in the welcome message after your purchase.
If it's not covered, it will get all over the board and cause damage.
There will be an additional fee for cleaning the board if required.
DO NOT send us motherboards that had attempted repairs without discussing it with us first.
We can repair broken/ripped traces, tracks and pads but there may be additional labor costs.

NOTE: If we deem your motherboard as non-repairable, we will let you know. Although most motherboards are easily repaired with the experience, skills, tools and years of knowledge from our techs, sometimes a repair is not feasible, and would require replacement of major components. We will provide alternative repair/replacement options and advise you if the value of your device is worth the repair. If we cannot repair your device, or at your request, we will return it to you and issue a full refund, less return shipping unless your device had a previous repair attempt. All devices that had previous repair attempts will either be returned without a repair and refunded, or a repair attempt will be made without a refund, regardless of the outcome. All repairs include a 90 Day Warranty except for liquid damaged and devices that had previous repairs. Warranty does NOT cover accidental, drop, cosmetic, or liquid damage. It also does NOT cover shipping back to us but will cover shipping back to you.
