How Mail-In Repairs Work

1. Choose Your Repair
Select your device and repair service. The flat-rate repair price is shown on each service page.

2. Create Your Repair Order — $0 Upfront
Add the repair to your cart and complete checkout. Your checkout total will be $0.00 and no credit card is required. This creates your Order ID, which serves as your repair ticket number.

3. Check Your Email
You'll receive an order confirmation with your Order ID, followed by a separate email with our mailing address and shipping instructions.

4. Send Us Your Device
Print your order confirmation and include it with your device. Package your device securely and ship it to the address provided in your email.

5. We Repair It
Once your device arrives, we'll email you to confirm that we received it and provide an estimated service timeline.

6. We Ship It Back
After your repair is complete, we'll package your device and ship it back to you.

Return shipping is included with your repair service.
